Le Club du LFC
Every child, their own activity.
Le Club du LFC is the official after-school club of the Lycée Français du Caire. Its promise is simple: to each child, their own activity, sporting, artistic or cultural. We gave that promise a brand language and a home. One family account holds every child, every enrollment, every payment and every attendance record, across campuses in Maadi, Zamalek, New Cairo and beyond. Behind it, one admin desk runs the whole club: approvals, courses, attendance and the community of instructors who make it happen.

Every child, their own activity.
The Lycée Français du Caire wanted one place where its whole community could find after-school life. We built it around a single promise, carried from the first screen: every child, their own activity. Three families, fourteen disciplines, from football and judo to singing, cooking and chess, each mapped to the child's school year.
Three worlds, fourteen activities, every campus.
Discovery is organized the way a parent thinks. Sport. Art, culture and creation. And everything in between. Every activity is tied to its campus, from Maadi to Zamalek to New Cairo, and surfaced by a search that forgives a misspelling, so a parent finds an activity whether or not they land every letter.
A brand language for life after school.
The club needed a language of its own, warm enough for children, clear enough for parents, and steady enough to sit behind a school. We built it on a deep petrol blue and a single confident red, an Anton display voice for the big moments and Open Sans for the everyday, so every screen from enrollment to attendance feels like one club.
One expressive display face for the big moments, a clear workhorse for the everyday.
One account. The whole family.
A family is rarely one child. So the account is built for all of them. A parent adds each child once, then moves between them in a tap, and every child carries their own schedule, so two activities can never quietly land on the same afternoon.
The after-school life, in one hand.
Most parents open the club on a phone, between school runs. So the whole cycle lives in the hand: choose an activity, enroll the right child, upload the payment proof, follow attendance week to week, and rate the activity when the term ends.
Enroll a child
Pick an activity and enroll the right child in a tap.
Upload payment proof
Send the receipt from the phone, no paper, no visit to the desk.
Follow attendance
See each session marked, week to week.
Rate the activity
Leave a rating when the term ends.
The rules, built in. So no one has to police them.
Every activity carries its instructor, its days and time, its grade level, its capacity, its fees and the materials to bring. But the real work happens the moment a parent enrolls. The platform checks the campus, the child's school year, the group's gender and its remaining seats, closes registration once the deadline passes, holds each child to four activities, and refuses any enrollment that would clash with a class the child already attends. The rules the club used to enforce by hand now enforce themselves.
Built to run the term on its own.
A club this size cannot be run by hand, so we taught it to run itself. Attendance links reach every instructor each morning. Unpaid holds release on their own and free the seat. Finished activities archive, records export to the office each week, and every new school year opens on a clean slate. Around it, one admin desk approves accounts, children and activities, creates and republishes courses, and answers every question, all behind two-factor sign-in. We designed it, we built it, and we keep it running.
Built to grow with the school.
Le Club du LFC opened across the school's campuses in Egypt, from Maadi to Zamalek to New Cairo. The platform was built to hold far more: more disciplines, more terms, more children, more campuses, without a rebuild. A home for the after-school life of a school community, made to last.
