Dubai Misr
140 landmark projects since 1997, now shaping Egypt's New Administrative Capital.
Dubai Misr is one of Egypt's most established developers: 140 projects since 1997, from complete communities in Damietta to landmark towers in the New Administrative Capital, including the award winning Obsidier.
We crafted the brand language and designed and developed the website: a restrained monochrome master brand that gives each landmark its own world, from Obsidier's Black Diamond to Capital Dubai Mall and Lumia, all under one promise, urban community developments. We also built the lead engine behind it, so the team spins up a capture page for any campaign and owns the pipeline without us.

A landmark developer deserves a landmark site.
Dubai Misr builds landmarks, so the site had to carry itself like one. We opened on the company's own promise, urban community developments, and built a bright, confident world where the New Administrative Capital reads as clearly on screen as it rises in concrete. Every scroll moves like a walk through a finished project.
Four landmarks under one name.
A developer with 140 projects lives or dies on coherence. Obsidier, Capital Dubai Mall, Lumia Residential, and Lumia Lagoons each open into a world of their own, yet none of them lets go of Dubai Misr. We presented the portfolio the way a buyer should meet it: one confident, investable whole.
A visual language built on restraint.
Dubai Misr's master brand is deliberately quiet: black and white, Gotham set with discipline, white space used like marble. That restraint is what lets a mall, a tower, and a lagoon resort each take a colour of its own and still read as one house. Obsidier goes fully black, the Black Diamond; Capital Dubai Mall takes a cool blue; Lumia turns to water and teal. The master stays monochrome so the family can speak in colour.
Type anchors the system: Gotham, one disciplined family across the whole house.
Every landmark, its own destination.
Beneath the master brand, each development is its own destination. We built a flexible template that carries a place from the first hero to the last detail: Obsidier's faceted Black Diamond towers, Capital Dubai Mall's 233 units across the R7 zone, Lumia's golden area and lagoons. A single tower ends up as considered as the brand above it.
Designed in Egypt. Recognized by the world.
Some projects earn their own stage. Obsidier, the Black Diamond Towers by architect Mohamed Talaat, won Best Architectural Design at the Arabian Property Awards 2025 in Dubai. We built it a page to match: a black on black showcase that puts Egyptian design excellence on the world's stage.
A landing page for every campaign, built in minutes.
Real estate runs on leads, so we did not stop at a brochure site. From the admin, the team spins up unlimited campaign landing pages, each with its own hero, pitch, and quote form, live at its own link in minutes. Every enquiry lands as a lead, emailed instantly and exportable in a click.
We handed Dubai Misr the controls.
A website you cannot run is a liability. So we built a full admin panel and handed over the keys. Their team publishes projects, news, galleries, and careers, captures and exports leads, and watches it all on a live dashboard: traffic, leads, and applications charted by the day, without touching code.
Built to win the next buyer, not just the next award.
The site earns its keep where it matters most: turning attention into buyers. One brand language across four destinations, a lead engine the team runs without us, and pages ready to sell the next launch the day it breaks ground. The award proved the architecture. The site is built to sell it.
Built to carry whatever comes next.
This is a digital home worthy of the landmarks it sells: one restrained master brand, four worlds beneath it, and a system the team keeps expanding on their own. As Dubai Misr breaks ground on the next landmark in the New Administrative Capital, the site is already built to carry it.
