We led the corporate identity refresh and the complete company portfolio design for ASGC. The book is built around a single motto written into the cover: Expect More. From the opening hero of Coca-Cola Arena, to the directors, the awards, the BIM technology stack, the worldwide group operations, and finally a project-by-project tour of UAE and Egypt builds. Sixty pages of editorial-grade construction, set in green and navy, paced like a magazine.

Expect more.

We anchored the portfolio in a single motto. Two words at human height, the Coca-Cola Arena and Burj Khalifa skyline behind them, the brand mark in the upper-right corner. A cover that frames ASGC not as a contractor, but as the people who build the things you remember.

Steeped in strategy, set in print.

Sixty pages, paced like a magazine. Each chapter opens with a green-accented numeral, an editorial photograph, and a confident two-column tone that does not hide behind boilerplate. From About Us to Board of Directors to Group Operations, every spread carries the same calm authority.

Project by project.

The middle of the book hands over to the work. Address Harbour Point at Dubai Creek, Bay Square in Business Bay, Business Central Towers on Sheikh Zayed Road. Each project gets a single editorial spread: location, sector, client, the one number that defines it, and a photograph confident enough to carry the page.

A group, and the case for it.

The book closes with the wider story. A world map of group operations across the GCC, Africa, Asia, and Australasia, alongside an awards chapter that lets the trophies do their own arguing.
